The room was immaculate and high standard. The staff were very good, provided excellent service. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The manager personally arranged transportation and ensured our departure was smooth.
Nothing to complain about at all.

This hotel has top-notch amenities and an international standard room that is shiny and new. the staff is impressive and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. There is a lovely restaurant on-site with great food options, but the location might be a bit far out from the main highway. Despite that, there are some nearby attractions, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic.
One aspect that needs improvement is the lack of vegetarian options at the restaurant.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The room was very clean with new furniture and linens. The hotel staff was very helpful and always ready to assist me. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a lot of options. The location of the hotel was very convenient for me.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The breakfast variety was really good with fresh ingredients and friendly staff. All rooms were spotless with immaculate linens and furniture. the staff went above and beyond to support us and organize our activities. the hotel offered great value for the money; the room prices were very reasonable compared to the high standard of service and amenities. the location was also convenient to access from the city center.
The vegetarian options in the restaurant were limited, and non-vegetarian options were not clearly labeled on the menu. the swimming pool was not clean every day and had mosquitoes in the water.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from our room was beautiful, we could see the water. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made sure to keep our room clean. The location was perfect, we were in the heart of the city and close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit.
The food was not good at all. The restaurant was also very dark and not inviting.
